What styles and eras do you buy most often?
Mid-century modern is our most requested, along with Danish/Scandinavian, teak, vintage modern, clean-lined solid wood pieces, Huber Scoop Chairs, and timeless vintage staples with great design details.
What condition is okay for items you buy?
Normal vintage wear is fine. Structural damage, heavy water damage, mold/mildew, or strong odors can impact whether we can purchase and will affect our offer.
Some high-end items are worth us buying them and having them refinished. Feel free to send up photos regardless, we will let you know.
Do you need exact measurements?
Measurements help, but approximate dimensions are usually fine.
Do you buy smaller vintage décor items too?
Yes, depending on the item and fit—lamps, mirrors, art, ceramics, and standout décor.
Do you buy full estates or help with downsizing?
Yes, we love buying full estates of furniture and items that suit our clientele. We review multiple items at once and make it easy to sell in one go. Estates, liquidations, downsizing, and multi-item pickups are welcome. We and our Calgary associates pull our resources together and can help make your transition easy
How does your buying process and payment work?
Once we agree on price, payment is typically e-transfer or cash (as arranged). Pickup is free of charge and we do all the heavy lifting.
Do you offer pickup across Alberta or only in Calgary?
Yes, we’re based in Calgary, but we do pickups across Alberta. We often travel to Red Deer, Edmonton, Lethbridge, and smaller Alberta rural areas.
Is pickup free?
In most cases, yes—pickup and loading are free. If special handling is needed, we’ll discuss it upfront.
