It has a stowaway compartment under the table so when you slide it apart the leaves are handy to assemble. The one leave matches perfectly to the rest of the table while the other leaf has a slight variation in tone. It does not distract from the overall aesthetics of the table.
The table has a locking mechanism to secure the table closed when in use. The tapered legs add a classy style.
